制订中高职衔接专业人才培养方案是保障培养高质量人才的前提条件。在中高职衔接专业人才培养方案的编制过程中,应基于人才培养规律,明确编制基本原则,并以人才培养目标及职业能力分析为基础,构建能力递进的衔接课程体系,以专业核心课程标准与职业资格标准对接为特色,以制订有效的管理办法为保障,为中高职衔接专业人才培养方案的编制提供理论参考与实践路径。

Developing the professional talents training scheme of the connection between secondary and higher vocational education is the prerequisite to guarantee the training of high quality talents.
