摘要
在教与学的过程中,正确树立教学行为的主体,鼓励学习者的自主积极性,营造良好的学习情境,将对教学效果提升起到重要作用。在工程类专业的课堂教学过程中,探索出与企业生产实际紧密结合的基于工艺流程的小组化教学组织形式,注重过程考核达成评分体系,联系企业生产编制教学项目,将对提升学生的职业能力、就业能力、职业道德起到积极作用。
During the procedures of teaching and learning, it is of great importance in the improvement of teaching and learning ef-fect to establish the subject of teaching and learning behavior correctly, encourage learners’initiative of self-learning, and create a good learning atmosphere. In the procedure of classroom teaching for engineering major, it plays an active role in enhancing stu-dents’professional competence, employability and professional morality to find out the small-group teaching organization form which is based on the technological process and closely related to the practical production of enterprises, put emphasis on the pro-cess assessment to achieve scoring system, and compile teaching projects related to enterprise production.
