摘要
人才对饭店的可持续发展发挥着重要的作用,它已经成为饭店在激烈的竞争环境中求得生存和发展的关键因素。为了更好地实现人才和岗位的有效配置,发挥员工的最大优势,不断遵循和探索特定的人力资源管理标准,素质模型理论的提出和完善恰好满足了我国饭店业实现有效人力资源管理的需要。
Talent plays an increasingly important role in the sustainable development of a hotel, and it has become a key factor for the hotel to survive and develop in an intense competitive environment. In order to better achieve the effective allocation of talents and positions, to play their greatest advantage, and constantly follow and explore specific management standards of the human re-sources, the theory of quality model has been proposed and it is perfected just to satisfy the need for effective human resources man-agement in China’s hotel industry.
