百花牌甘宁片对化学性肝损伤辅助保护作用的研究

Study on protective effects of Baihua Ganning Tablets on chemical liver injury

目的:研究百花牌甘宁片对化学性肝损伤的辅助保护作用。方法:采用乙醇复制小鼠肝损伤模型,测定肝匀浆内的丙二醛(MDA)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、甘油三酯(TG)含量,并观察肝脏的病理组织学病变情况。结果:高剂量组小鼠肝匀浆中的MDA、还原型GSH、TG均低于模型组,肝细胞脂肪变性程度轻于对照组。结论:百花牌甘宁片对化学性肝损伤有辅助保护作用。

[Objective] This study is aimed at investigating the protective effects of Baihua Ganning Tablets on chemical liver injury. [Methods[ At first, the alcoholic liver injury model group was induced by ethanol. Then malondi- aldehyde （MDA）, reduced glutathione （GSH）, and triglyceride （TG） in liver homogenate were measured, continuously pathologic histological changes of liver were observed, [Results] MDA, reduced GSH, TG in liver homogenate of high dose group were lower than alcoholic liver injury model group. Degree of Hepatocytes＇ fatty degeneration was lesser as well. [Conclusion] Baihua Ganning Tablets have protective effects on alcoholic liver injury.
