This paper briefly introduced a degradation case of organic heat carrier. Combined with the using and management conditions, the causes of deterioration were analyzed in detail from many aspects. And the preventive measures and treatment were put forward in the paper, so as to promote the organic heat carrier boiler and system security and economic operation, to meet energy saving and environmental protection requirements.
