研究生培养过程中存在的问题与思考

Reflection on Problems of the Postgraduate Education

改革开放以来,作为培养我国高端专门人才的研究生教育取得了巨大的成就。但近年来,在研究生教育和培养中显露的一些问题值得关注,总体表现在学术水平下降、创新愿望不足等。通过在研究生培养过程中的体会,对生源质量、培养过程、培养目标等方面存在的问题和解决对策,进行了思考并提出了一些见解。

Since reforming and opening,the postgraduate education has been made giant achievement in china. In recent years,how ever,there appear some problems about postgraduate education and training,such as the decline in the overall level of learning and research and the phenomenon of innovation deficiency and so on. In this paper, the author based on his ow n experience in the postgraduate education,discusses the graduate matriculate quality,process and aim of education w ith some proposals.
