综合英语课程教学团队建设实践探索——以海南大学外国语学院为例

摘要 以海南大学外国语学院为例,从综合英语课程入手,紧紧围绕"创新"二字,探讨教学团队的构建模式和构建内涵,并从实践方面探索抓好课程教学团队建设的重要意义。该院教学团队在师资队伍建设、课堂教学、实践教学和教学资源建设等四个方面进行了创新改革。通过对近三届学生的TEM4成绩进行单因素组间方差分析,表明改革前后不同年级直接的成绩具有显著性差异(P<0.05),教学改革后学生的成绩显著提高。同时,对团队成员基于教学改革的实践也展开相关研究并取得突破。 Based on a study conducted in College of Foreign Languages of Hainan University,a study of teaching team construction for the course Comprehensive English, this paper aims to explore the construction mode,inner concepts of teaching team from the perspective of innovation and emphasize the significance of practicality in teaching team construction. Four kinds of innovations have been achieved in the terms of faculty development,class teaching,practical training and resource construction. Students' TEM4 scores in the past three years have been recorded and calculated to analyze the effectiveness of the reform. The result indicates that there was a significant difference in their TEM4 scores( P 0. 05).Meanwhile,team members also have significant findings in their research on the practice of reform.
