本文针对在某药厂称重包装线中纸箱垫片装填和推箱工艺特点,设计了一种能自动装填垫片的设备和推箱设备。结构主要由滑台机构、升降机构、翻转机构和挡箱机构等组成,利用PLC的程序控制,使设备能够一次完成垫片的自动装填和推箱工作,大大地提高了生产效率。

Structure is mainly composed of slider mechanism, lifting mechanism, turning mechanism and block boxes and so on, the use of PLC program control, the device can be a automatic loading and push the box of the gasket, greatly improve production efficiency.
