46例成人麻疹肺炎的CT表现分析

CT findings analysis of 46 adult patients with measles pneumonia

目的探讨成人麻疹肺炎的CT影像表现特征。方法回顾分析本院46例经临床确诊的成人麻疹肺炎患者的影像资料,分析病变的CT影像表现并结合文献进行讨论。结果本组病例CT表现为肺间质网格状改变(31例),磨玻璃样改变(22例),双肺结节状阴影(38例),斑片状阴影(16例),肺过度充气(8例)。以上各种表现在每个病例中不同程度混合存在。结论本组成人麻疹肺炎影像改变以间质性病变为主,网格状阴影及结节影为特征性表现,结合临床病史、影像学改变和实验室检查,对于成人麻疹肺炎的诊断和治疗有重要价值。

Objective To discuss the CT findings of pneumonia with measles in adults. Methods The CT findings of 46 clinically-confirmed adult patients with measles pneumonia were retrospectively analyzed,including the morphology and discussed with review of literature. Results Among all the cases in this study,reticular changes was revealed in 31 cases; ground-glass-like shadow was revealed in 22 cases; small nodal shadow in 38 cases; patchy shadow in 16cases; pneumonectasis in 8 cases. All sorts of performance in every cases exist different level. All the pulmonary lobes and segments on the bilateral sizes were involved in 25 cases.Conclusions Measles pneumonia adult patients in this study demonstrated the main CT features of interstitial lesions and have typical manifestations of reticular changes and small nodal shadow. It is of great value in the diagnosis and treatment of adult measles pneumonia to analyze clinical history,laboratory examination and radiographic changes.
