Research Progress on Interest Distribution Mechanism of Cooperative Innovation within Technology Alliance

缺乏恰当的利益分配机制是合作创新失败的重要原因。成果的无形资产特性、合约的不完全性、创新的复杂性和不确定性等因素使合作创新的利益分配变得极其复杂,不仅需要在事前制订恰当的分配原则和初始合约,最终分配结果还必须根据各方的实际贡献程度进行调整。参与要素特征、各方淡判能力等多因素也对分配结果产生影响。因此,进一步的研究应在辨识各参与要素及其特征的基础上,以合作创新的利益分配合约订立、执行及调整等过程为基本线索,揭示各要素对利益初始分配方案的影响机理及其背后隐藏的分配逻辑,并跟踪观察各类合约的调整过程,发现其调整机理。

Lack of an appropriate interest distribution mechanism is an important reason for the failure of coopera- tive innovation. The results being intangible assets, incomplete contracts, the complexity and the uncertainty of the innovation combine to make the distribution of interests of cooperative innovation extremely complex. An appropriate interest distribution mechanism not only requires appropriate distribution principles and the initial con- tract but also adjustment to the final distribution according to the actual contribution of all parties. Factors such as the characteristics of the participating elements, the negotiation ability of the parties and other factors also affect the distribution of the results. Therefore, further research should be made with identification of the participating el- ements and characteristics, under cooperative innovation benefit assignment contract. Implementation and adjust- ment process should be applied as the basic clue and hidden allocation scheme logic should be revealed. Meanwhile the adjustment process of all kinds of contracts should be tracked to find the adjustment mechanism.
