基于车辆动力学性能的扭力梁式后悬拖曳臂衬套的研究与设计

摘要 文章先通过某车整车动力学模型研究了扭力梁各部件对关键K&C指标的贡献量,然后针对拖曳臂衬套贡献量最大的3个K&C指标,研究了拖曳臂衬套的限位位置、衬套的布置角度及衬套的刚度对它们的影响。研究结论指导了某平台扭力梁悬架系列车型的拖曳臂衬套开发设计。 The A -bushing design is one of the key points for vehicle dynamic performance because almost all longitudinal force and lateral force at tire patch are passed to body through this bushing. The main three K&C indexes are selected as target based on the contribution study of twist axle parts to vehicle dynamic performance to study how to design A -bushing plane angle, stiffness of three directions and stopper position. The conclusions obtained from the study are directly applied on one of the A - bushing design of a small platform car.
