摘要
目前,台架及夹具的设计主要凭借工程师的经验,这种设计方式无法满足试验需求。为了提高试验台架的质量,采用计算机辅助设计系统的方式,通过模块化的设计理念,减少了试验台架的设计时间,提高了试验台架的质量与可靠性。
The fixture design for the automotive parts test has a big impression on test result. Now the fixture design mainly depends on engineers' experiences, and this design method cannot meet the needs of the test requirements. In order to improve the test quality, the computer aided design system with design concept called modularization is used to improve the test quality. The time spent on fixture design is decreased, and the the reliability of the test fixture is improveed.
