轻型商用车车轮的轻量化设计分析

摘要 利用有限元分析软件对改进前后的某轻型商用车车轮进行了建模,对车轮受力后的疲劳寿命进行了数值模拟分析;并根据台架和装车道路试验,验证了该车轮进行轻量化设计的合理性和可靠性,达到了车轮轻量化设计的目的。 Finite element analysis software is used to build model of the light commercial vehicle wheel before and after improvement, and the numerical simulation analysis is applied for the wheel fatigue life after forcing. Based on the bench test and road test, the rationality and reliability of the wheel lightweight design is verified, achieving the purpose of wheel lightweight design.
