分析当下物流产业劳动力资源配置存在的问题,提出了多种优化物流产业劳动力资源配置的措施,旨在推动物流产业的进一步发展。
In this paper, we analyzed the problems existing in the deployment of the labor force of the logistics industry currently and then proposed multiple measures to optimize the labor force deployment of the industry.
