摘要
研究了基于ERP的图书采购流程。首先介绍了基于ERP的图书采购流程图,然后研究了ERP系统对图书采购流程的具体实施,包含采购计划的制定、与供应商的良好合作、图书馆的订购管理、订单跟踪与催货和图书馆的货到验收等过程。最后分析了ERP系统理念对图书馆采购流程的改善。
In this paper, we first introduced the flowchart of the ERP-based book purchasing process, then studied the specific steps to imple- ment the book purchasing process, and at the end analyzed how to improve the book purchasing process by incorporating the ERP system.
