摘要
文章认为,我国监事会制度主要存在职责不够明确、工作人员力量薄弱、信息获取不完全、监事素质和能力不足、激励机制不到位等问题。针对这些问题,应明确细化监事会的职责,完善监事会的工作机构,畅通监事会的信息渠道,配备高素质的监事,加强考核激励,着力提高监事会的监督效能,促进企业健康稳定运行。
This paper considers that there are problems in the operation of the board of supervisors system in China such as unclear responsibility, weak talent, incomplete information channel, low quality of supervisor and weak incentive mechanism. The suggestions are: make clear responsibility of the board of supervisors, perfect the working mechanism, clear the information channel, improve the talents' quality, enforce the incentive mechanism, so as to promote the effect of the operation of the board of supervisors system and the healthy development of enterprise.
