摘要
深入贯彻落实党的西部大开发战略要求我们必须重视国有企业改革,而构建行之有效的激励机制是实现国有企业改革的重要途径之一,也是关键的环节。文章立足于经济学视角,对当前西部地区国有企业激励机制难以充分发挥其自身作用的原因进行了深入分析,并提出西部国有企业一定要及时更新观念,创新激励制度,提高现代化企业管理水平等建议。
The westem development strategy requires that we must attach importance to the reform of state-owned enterprises, and the construction of the effective incentive mechanism structure is one of the most important ways of the reform of state- owned enterprises, and it is the key link. This paper based on economics, analyzes the reason that the incentive mechanism of the state-owned enterprises in western regions cannot give full play to its role, and put forward that the state-owned enterprises in western region must renew ideas, innovation incentive system, improve the management level of modern enterprises.
