SWOT Analysis of High-tech Enterprise Intellectual Property Strategy

高新技术企业在发展的过程中面临着各种机遇和挑战,从宏观与微观层面详细地分析企业的发展环境,对高新技术企业发展自主知识产权战略是至关重要的。我国的高新技术企业拥有发展自主知识产权战略的有利条件,而只有发展自主知识产权战略,企业才能实现可持续发展的目标。文章采用SWOT分析的方式,明确高新技术企业的发展机遇和所面临的问题,并提出注重创新、关注市场、构建企业自身的知识产权管理体系是我国高新技术企业发展自主知识产权战略的重要措施。

High-tech enterprise in the process of development is facing all kinds of opportunities and challenges. From the macro and micro level to analyze the enterprise environment is important to the independent intellectual property fights strategy. High-tech enterprises of our country has the advantage of independent intellectual property fights. Only to develop independent intellectual property rights can the enterprise achieve the goal of sustainable development. This article adopts SWOT to analyze the opportunities and problems of the development of high-tech enterprises, and then proposed the suggestions： focus on innovation, focus on the market, to build own intellectual property management system.
