The Game Analysis of Sustainable Development of Rural Financial Market Fund Supply and Demand

为解决农村金融市场供给不足、效率低下的问题,文章运用博弈论的方法,从供需的角度建立农村正规金融与农村资金需求者的博弈模型,逐渐放松假设条件引入农村非正规金融,构建多参与主体的博弈模型。文章基于农村二元金融的特性,从供给的角度建立有限理性的非对称鹰鸽博弈模型,得出符合约束条件的政府干预机制,增强了参与主体的借贷意愿,凸显农村二元金融供给主体的支农作用;在政府干预的农村金融市场中协调综合实力不对等的二元金融供给主体的成本收益,双方也将有较大可能性收获到合作的策略空间,实现农村金融的多元可持续供给。

In order to solve the low efficiency and lack of supply in the rural finance market, by using the method of game theory from the perspective of supply and demand, this paper established the game model between rural formal finance and rural capital demanders, gradually relaxed assumptions, introduced the rural informal finance and government, constructing a dynamic game model of multiple participant. Based on the characteristics of rural binary financial, from the supply perspective it establishes limited rational asymmetric hawks doves game model. The result is that the constraints of government intervention mechanism is good for enhance the participant willing to borrow, highlight the role of rural binary financial for supporting agriculture; Under the government intervention, coordinate the cost-benefit of the unequal binary financial supply in rural financial market, the two sides will have larger possibility of convergence to the strategy of cooperation space, so as to realize the multiple sustainable supply of rural finance.
