农业电商时代的农业经济发展对策——以吉林省通化县为例

Agricultural Economics Development in the Agricultural E-commerce Era——Taking Tonghua County of Jilin Province as an Example

通化县是吉林省22个县(市)中经济社会发展较快以及具有代表性的一个县。在农业经济发展方面,通化县存在区域特色产业基础良好、交通区位枢纽优势明显、生态文明建设全省领先、企业发展平台不断拓展等优势,同时存在自然资源利用不足、发展思维固守僵化、人才资源短缺匮乏、农业生产技术落后等劣势。对此,在农业电商时代,亟需通过发展新型农业经营主体、加快农村金融制度创新、创新产品运营销售方式、着力加强农业品牌建设、加大投入培育新型农民等途径,促进农业经济发展。

Tonghua county is one of 22 counties （cities） of Jilin province to have a rapid economic and social development. In Tonghua, there are not only some advantages among having regional characteristic industries, being the traffic location hub, leading in the ecological civilization construction in the province, expanding the development platform, but also some challenges such as the shortage of the effective use of natural resources, backward thinking for development, the shortage of talent resources, backward agricultural production technology etc.. In the agricultural e-commerce era, developing new agricultural management main body, accelerating rural financial system innovatiort, accelerating product innovation and sales operation mode, strengthening the agricultural brand construction, increasing the intensity of training new farmers etc., should be applied to promote agricultural economics development of Tonghua.
