摘要
文章选取贵阳市温泉城进行调研,从游客感知显示出:服务产品无特色、游客整体服务体验感知差、服务产品结构单一等问题是目前国内乡村温泉生态旅游景区普遍面临的服务质量困境。针对这些困境,文章认为,要想提升乡村温泉生态旅游景区的服务质量,应完善温泉服务设施,使无形服务有形化,重视服务现场的监管,加强客户关系管理,加大个性化服务的建设力度。
This paper choose Guiyang hot spring city as example, from tourists sense it showed: service product has no features, tourists overall service experience is poor, single service product structure. Aimed at these difficulties, the article thinks, to improve the quality of service of hot spring scenic area of ecological tourism in the countryside, perfect the hot spring facilities, make the intangible service marketing as visible, attaches great importance to the service site supervision, strengthen the customer relationship management, intensify the construction of personalized service.
