Implications of Two United Nations' Reports for the Development of Livestock in China

文章通过分析联合国出台的两份有关畜牧业污染的报告,结合我国畜牧业严重污染环境的现状,提出相关建议:应调整饮食结构、建立农业畜牧业对自然资源的有偿使用制度、对畜牧养殖征收排污税费、推动大规模畜禽养殖合理布局和适度分散。

The United Nations issued two reports relating to livestock pollution. Under conditions of severe environmental pollution from livestock in China, these two reports imply that China should adjust the diet structure, establish agriculture and livestock system of paid use of natural resources, collect taxes or fee for discharging pollutants of livestock breeding, and promote the rational distribution of large-scale livestock and moderate dispersion.
