摘要
日本企业人力资源管理,呈现出重视内部培训、突出情感作用、重视内部提拔以及突出精神激励四种主要特征。中国和日本两国之间存在的各种差异,包括传统文化、经济社会基础以及历史进程等方面的不同,决定了我国企业在人力资源管理模式方面和日本之间的不一样。文章最后提出四个对策建议以完善我国民营企业的人力资源科学管理:一是从配置上将内部培育作为主要手段,配合外部引入;二是管理上制度化建设与人情化管理并重;三是多渠道选拔人才;四是物质激励和精神激励并重。
Japanese enterprise human resources management shows the importance of four main characteristics: internal training, highlighting the emotional role, pay attention to internal promotion and highlight the spirit. The differences between China and Japan, including the traditional culture, economic and social basis and historical process and so on, which determines the Chinese enterprises in the human resources management mode is not the same as Japan's. This paper proposed four suggestions for the improvement of Chinese private enterprises human resources management: internal training combined with talent introduction; institution with humanity; multiple talent channel; material and spirit incentive.
