两岸政治“关系”解析--兼析蔡英文“维持现状”说

Study of the Cross-Strait Political Relations and on Tsai Ing-wen's "Maintaining the Status Quo"

两岸政治关系包括政治定位、政治对抗、政治合作、政治互信等四个基本面。本文从这"四个基本面"对两岸政治关系的现状加以考察,兼带对民进党主席蔡英文女士的"维持现状"主张予以辨析。本人认为,"九二共识"是两岸关系现状的一部分,推翻"九二共识"决不是"维持现状",而是挑战现状和破坏现状。"敌对状态未结束"也是两岸关系现状的一部分,对此最好的办法绝非"维持现状",而是"聚同化异"。蔡英文提出"维持现状"是玩了个偷换概念的手法,台湾历次民调中的"维持现状"是指不统不"独"。而蔡却把现状定义成"已独",所以她要的"维持现状"同台湾多数民意希望的"维持现状"根本就是两码事!两岸当局携手共创和平发展稳定框架,这是两岸关系现状中最灿烂夺目的新篇章;其精神动力绝不是"维持现状",而恰恰是要"改变现状",首先是对陈水扁"逢中必反"的激进"台独"路线的"拨乱反正"。七年来一贯反对这些创举的人现在突然要"维护现状",真是绝妙讽刺!

This paper advocates the cross-Strait political relations includes four fundamental factors, the political orientation, the political confrontation, the political cooperation and the mutual trust. The author analyzes the status quo of the cross-Strait political relations from the perspective of ＂four fundamental factors＂ and also refutes the proposition of ＂maintaining the status quo＂ which was put forward by the Chairwomen of the Democratic Progressive Party, Ms. Tsai Ing-wen. The author points out, the ＂1992 consensus＂ is a part of the present situation of the cross-Straits relations, to overthrow the ＂1992 consensus＂ is by no means to ＂maintain the status quo＂, but to challenge and damage the status quo. ＂Not over hostilities＂ is also a part of the present situation of the cross-Straits relations. The best way to deal with that is by no means to ＂maintaining the status quo＂ but to ＂poly assimilation different＂. Tsai＇ s ＂maintaining the status quo＂ played a tick of disguised replacement of concepts. ＂Maintaining the status quo＂ in each opinion poll in Taiwan means no unification and no inclependence. However, Ms. Tsai defines the ＂status quo＂ as ＂independence＂ and dares not to publicly promised ＂no inclependenee＂. Tsai＇ s ＂maintaining the status quo＂ cannot equal to the most publics＇ in Taiwan at all. It would be a most brilliant new chapter in the cross-strait situation for the cross-strait authorities to create a stable and development framework with joint hands. The spiritual power of which is not to ＂maintain the status quo＂ but to ＂change＂. Firstly, put wrongs of Chen＇ s radical ＂Taiwan Independence＂ routine, ＂opposing when it comes to China＂ to rights. It is really a wonderful irony that who consistently opposed the creation above for seven years would suddenly like to ＂maintain the status quo＂.
