海峡两岸共同参与区域经济合作衔接的路径与模式探讨

A Discussion on the Paths and Models of Participating in Regional Economic Cooperation and Connection across the Taiwan Strait

台湾"太阳花反服贸学运"后,台湾内部与两岸之间都有必要重新检视两岸制度化成效与问题,并凝聚共识,寻求利益最大化,其中一个关键就是两岸经济整合与区域经济整合的关联性与相衔接机制。本文探讨了两岸参与区域经济整合的三种路径与三种模式,分析其利弊得失。提出两岸以共同市场模式参与国际区域经济整合是最佳模式与衔接机制。

After ＂Anti-Cross-Strait Service Trade Agreement Movement＂, Taiwan and the two sides across the strait need to re-look the effectiveness and the problem of Cross-Strait institutionalization, build consensus and achieve profit maximization. One of the key points is the co-relation and the cohesive mechanism of cross-Strait and regional economic integration.This paper will discuss three paths and three models of participating in the regional economic integration across the Taiwan strait and analyze the pros and cons. Finally, it will find that the best model and the cohesive mechanism is the common market model which both sides of the strait involved in is to participate in the international regional economic integration.
