摘要
对D-松醇的降血脂活性进行研究,选用SPF级雄性仓鼠进行实验。高脂饲料喂养建立高血脂仓鼠模型。将实验动物分为空白组、模型组、剂量组(50mg/(kg BW·d)、100mg/(kg BW·d)和200mg/(kg BW·d))。灌胃治疗期间每周称量体重,禁食(不禁水)12h后眼眶采血,测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平。6周后仓鼠处死,并对其肝脏、粪便中的TC、TG含量进行检测。实验结果表明:剂量组经灌胃治疗6周后,高血脂仓鼠血清中的TC和TG水平均有显著性降低(p<0.05),中剂量和高剂量组肝脏中TC、TG含量显著性下降(p<0.05),粪便中的TC含量有所增加。说明D-松醇能有效调节高脂血症仓鼠的TC和TG水平,加速TC在仓鼠体内的代谢。
The antilipidemic effect of D-pinitol was studied in hyperlipidemic hamsters. A model of hyperlipidemic hamsters was established by feeding high-fat diet to male hamsters. The hamsters were divided into 5 groups,including normal group,control group and three high-fat dietgroup(50mg/(kg BW·d),100mg/(kg BW·d)and 200mg/(kg BW·d)). During the experimental period,body weight,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were tested for each week. The contents of TC and TG in hamsters' liver and excrement were tested after they weresacrificed. The results showed that D-pinitol obviously lowered the levels of TG and TC in serum and liver. And TC levels in excrement were significantly increased in D-pinitol treated groups. D-pinitol exhibited a beneficial effect on improving the condition of hyperlipidemichamsters and acceleratingtheir metabolism of TC.
