略述枳术丸的配伍与临床应用

Outline of the Compatibility Theory and Clinical Application of Zhizhu Pill

枳术丸系张元素从《金匮要略》枳术汤变化而来。功效健脾消痞,用于脾胃运化无力,饮食停滞,腹胀痞满者。本方苦温寒并用,补泻同炉,然补之量重于泻之量,因而是为补中寓泻之意。临床通过加减辨证可用于更多疾病,本文现就枳术丸的方药配伍及临床应用进行研究探讨,以使其更好地发挥本方的临床效果,使本方更好地推广应用。

The Zhizhu pill is originate from Zhizhu dec oction of Zhang Yuansu from Jingui Yaolue. It has the effect of strengthening spleen and relieving oppression. It is used for spleen and stomach weakness, food stagnation, abdominal distention and fullness. This prescription had the function of bitter, warm and cold, and the mount of reinforcing was larger than reducing. The modified syndrome differentiation was used to treat more diseases. This paper discussed the synergy and clinical application of Zhizhu pill to better develop its clinical effect, so that the prescription can be better promoted and applied.
