丹参川芎嗪注射液对急性脑梗死神经功能缺损程度及Barthel指数的影响 被引量:3

The Effect of Salvia Ligustrazine Injection on the Neurological Function Deficiency and Barthel Index in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的探索丹参川芎嗪注射液对急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损程度及Barthel指数的影响。方法将急性脑梗死患者100例进行随机分组,对照组50例,观察组50例。对照组单纯用复方丹参注射液进行治疗,观察组应用丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗,采用神经功能缺损程度(NFDS)及Barthel指数进行测评两组患者疗效并进行比较,并检测血流变学指标,观察不良反应。结果观察组治疗后,治愈10例,显效12例,进步20例,总有效率为84.0%;对照组治疗后治愈6例,显效10例,进步18例,总有效率为68.0%,两组比较差异均有显著意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组神经功能缺损程度评分及Barthel指数较对照组均有显著改善,比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对急性脑梗死患者进行治疗采用丹参川芎嗪注射液,临床效果明显,副作用少。 Objective To explore the effect of salvia ligustrazine injection on the neurological function deficiency and barthel index in pa-tients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 100 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and observation group, and each group had 50 cases. The control group was treated with compound Danshen injection. The observation group used salvia ligustrazine injection. The NFDS and Barthel index of the two groups were compared, the blood rheology indicators and adverse reactions were observed. Results In the observation group, 10 cases were cured, 12 cases had complete effect, 20 cases were im-proved, and the total effective rate was 84.0%. In the control group, 6 cases were cured, 10 cases had complete effect, 18 cases were im-proved, and the total effective rate was 68.0%. Differences between the two groups were significant(P〈0.05). After treatment, neurological function deficiency score and Barthel index of the observation group were significantly improved, and there was significant difference( P〈0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of salvia ligustrazine injection on acute cerebral infarction was significant, and had few side effects.
