张发荣教授消渴治法经验总结

Experience of Professor Zhang Farong in the Treatment of Consumptive Thirst

消渴之记载首见于《素问·奇病论》,既是病名也是症状,后人据其不同表现又分为上中下三消,并提出了系统的治法。张发荣教授在消渴的治疗上,既继承了古人三消治法的精髓,又根据自己的临床经验,结合天地人的不同状态,总结出了一套行之有效的消渴治法。笔者有幸侍诊张发荣教授左右,现将其学术思想阐述如下,以飨同道。

The first record of consumptive thirst is Suwno·Qibing Lun. The consumptive thirst is not only a disease name, but also a symptom. According to the different symptoms, the later generations divided consumptive thirst into three kinds which named upper-consumptive thirst, middle-consumptive thirst and lower-consumptive thirst, and proposed systematic treatments. In the treatment of consumptive thirst, Professor Zhang Farong inherited the essence of the ancient physicians and summed up a series of effective treatment according to his clinical experience. The author is fortunate to follow Professor Zhang Farong to study. Now Professor Zhang ＇s academic thoughts will be described as follows for fellows.
