论述吴铁主任医师应用白花蛇舌草的临床经验。白花蛇舌草为近年来国内应用范围越来越广的一味中药,广泛用于各种感染性疾病,疗效好,无副作用,但用量一定要超过30 g。在具体应用中如配伍半枝莲、白英治疗肺癌;配伍芡实、金樱子治疗糖尿病肾病;配伍土茯苓、倒扣草治疗慢性肾衰;配伍夏枯草、浙贝母治疗甲状腺疾病,都取得了良好的效果,配伍其他中药在治疗尿路感染、急性胆囊炎、前列腺炎等疾病方面亦取得良好的效果,扩大了白花蛇舌草的应用范围。

This paper discussed the clinical experience of Chief Physician Wu Tie in the application of hedyotis. In recent years, the ap-plication of hedyotis is more and more widely in domestic. It is widely used in all kinds of infectious diseases. It has good therapeutic ef-fect and no side effects, but the dosage must be more than 30 grams. In specific applications, such as synergy with barbated skullcup herb and climbing nightshade in treating lung cancer, synergy with gordon euryale seed and cherokee rose fruit in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy, synergy with glabrous greenbrier rhizome and common achyranthes herb in the treatment of chronic renal failure, synergy with common selfheal fruit-spike and thunberbg fritillary bulb in the treatment of thyroid disease, and achieved good effect. Synergy with other Chinese herbal medicine can treat urinary tract infection, acute cholecystitis and prostatitis disease, also we obtained good effect.The application range of hedyotis was expanded.
