中西医结合治疗变应性鼻炎60例

Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis for 60 Cases

目的探讨中西医结合治疗法对于变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法将我院耳鼻喉科门诊2013年3月—2015年3月收治的变应性鼻炎患者按照统计学随机分配的原则分为观察组和对照组,对照组采取口服扑尔敏、泼尼松片剂及麻黄碱滴鼻的治疗方法,观察组在采用对照组治疗方法治疗的基础上,按照中医辨证治疗的原则加以口服汤药治疗。疗程结束后对比两组研究对象的治疗效果,并随访1年后的复发率。结果观察组在治疗效果上要明显优于对照组,而观察组治疗后1年的复发率要明显低于对照组,且差异性都具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗法从根本上治疗了变应性鼻炎,不但有效率高并有效减少治疗后的复发,在今后的治疗中应得到进一步的推广。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of integrated medicine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods Patients with allergic rhinitis in outpatient of otolaryngology from March 2013 to March 2015 were divided into observation group and control group ac-cording to the principle of statistical random distribution. The control group took orally chlorpheniramine maleate, prednisone tablet and ephedrine intranasal treatment. The observation group used Chinese herbal oral liquid on the basis of the control group according to the principle of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine. After treatment, the therapeutic effect of the two groups was com-pared, and recurrence rate were followed up for 1 years. Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the recurrence rate of the observation group after 1 year was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Therapy of integrated medicine fundamentally cured al-lergic rhinitis, had high therapeutic effect, and effectively reduce the relapse after treatment. In future treatment, it should be further pro-moted.
