护理质量评价在中医护理管理中的应用

Application of Nursing Quality Evaluation In Nursing Management of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的分析总结护理质量评价在中医护理管理中的应用效果。方法参考《中医医院中医护理工作指南》制定本院中医护理质量评价标准,为中医护理管理者护理评价提供依据,对护理质量评价标准制定前后的管理效果进行分析总结并比较。结果护理质量评价应用后,优化了中医护理质量,评分明显高于护理质量评价应用前,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,护理人员的综合职业能力与素养进一步提升,患者对护理人员的护理操作依从性也明显提高。结论护理质量评价对护理人员的护理工作具有督促作用,能显著优化中医护理质量,具有临床大力提倡与应用的价值。

Objective To analyze and summarize the effect of nursing quality evaluation in nursing management of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods According to ＂ The Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Guide of Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine＂ to de-velop the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine nursing quality evaluation criteria, in order to provide the basis for the evaluation of TCM nursing management nursing, and carry on the analysis and comparison of the effect of nursing quality evaluation criteria formulation and the management. Results After the application of nursing quality evaluation, the quality of nursing of traditional Chinese medicine was optimized, the score was significantly higher than that of before the application of nursing quality evaluation, and the difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）. At the same time, nursing personnel comprehensive vocational abilities and qualities were further en-hanced, and the compliance of patients to nursing staff was also significantly improved. Conclusion The nursing quality evaluation of nursing staff in the nursing work has the promoting effect, can significantly improve the quality of nursing care, and has clinical advoca-tion and application value.
