中西医护理甲状腺手术患者56例

The Integrated Medicine Nursing in Patients with Thyroid Surgery for 56 Cases

目的研究探索甲状腺手术患者围术期应用中西医护理的应用效果。方法随机抽取2012年12月—2014年12月期间收治的112例甲状腺患者,所有患者均例行手术治疗,根据随机自然的原则,将患者分为2组,对照组和观察组,每组56例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组则在对照组基础上,加以中西医护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组的临床护理疗效总有效率为96.43%明显优于对照组的71.43%,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度总分为(91.7±3.2)分均明显高于对照组的(64.6±4.5)分,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺手术患者围术期应用中西医护理,能够缓解患者疼痛,提高临床疗效与护理满意度,得到患者及家属的认可,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of integrated medicine nursing in perioperative period of patients with thyroid surgery. Methods Selecting 112 cases of patients with thyroid underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from December 2012 to Decem-ber 2014, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and each group had 56 cases. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received integrated medicine nursing on the basis of the control group. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of clinical nursing effect of the observation group was 96.43 % which was significantly better than 71.43% of the control group, and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction score of the observation group was（64.6±4.5）, which was significantly higher than（64.6±4.5） of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of integrated medicine nursing in perioperative period of patients with thyroid surgery can relieve the pain of patients, and improve the clinical curative effect and nursing satisfaction. It has been approved by the patients and their families,and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
