中西医结合治疗颈椎病的效果

目的分析中西医结合疗法在颈椎病治疗中的应用效果。方法选取80例颈椎病患者,依据治疗方法的不同将其列入观察组与对照组,每组各40例。两组均行西医治疗,在此基础上,观察组加用中医疗法。比较2组治疗效果与颈椎功能评分。结果观察组治疗有效率为92.5%,治疗后的颈椎功能评分为(72.4+5.6)分,对照组治疗有效率为75.0%,治疗后的颈椎功能评分为(57.5+5.3)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在颈椎病的治疗中,中西医结合疗法能够有效地提高治疗有效率,改善患者的颈椎功能,效果显著。

Objective To analyze the application effect of integrated medicine in the treatment of cervical spondylosis. Methods 80 cases of patients with cervical spondylosis were divided into observation group and control group according to the different treatment method,and each group had 40 cases. The two groups were treated with Western medicine. On the basis of Western medicine, the observation group was additionally treated with traditional Chinese medicine. The therapeutic effect of the two groups and the score of cervical verte-bra function were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 92.5 % and 75.0%, respectively. After treatment, the cervical function score of the observation group and the control group was（72.4＋5.6） and（57.5＋5.3）,respectively, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of cervical spondylosis, the therapy of integrated medicine can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and patient＇s cervical function, and the effect is significant.
