小青龙汤治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期的疗效

Clinical Effect of Xiaoqinglong Decoction in the Treatment of Acute Attack of Bronchial Asthma

目的探讨小青龙汤治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期的效果。方法按照随机数字表法将2011年3月—2014年3月收治的62例支气管哮喘急性发作期患者均分为实验组和对照组,对照组患者给予常规哮喘方案治疗,实验组患者在对照组基础上给予小青龙汤治疗,比较2组治疗效果。结果实验组患者疗程结束后临床控制率和总有效率均明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后中医证候积分明显低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEFR水平均明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论小青龙汤治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期临床疗效显著,能够有效改善患者临床症状和肺功能,应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma. Methods 62 cases of patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma from March 2011 to March 2014 were divided into experiment group and control group. The control group was treated by conventional asthma plan. The experiment group was treated by Xiaoqinglong decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects were compared. Results The clinical control rate and total effective rate of the experi-ment group were higher than those of the control group, and differences were significant（ P〈0.05）. The TCM symptom score of the experiment group was lower than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. The levels of FEV1, FEV1/FVC and PEFR of the experiment group were higher than those of the control group, and differences were significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Xiaoqinglong decoction has distinct clinical curative effect on the patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma, it can improve the clinical symptoms and lung function,and it has high application value.
