摘要
目的探讨两种空气的消毒方法应用于消毒供应室的效果。方法按照消毒供应室不同空气的消毒方法,对96例的空气细菌进行培养配对。对照组采用紫外线照射的方式,观察组采用空气净化的消毒器方式,观察两组的使用效果。结果经人员工作1h后,观察组消毒平均菌数8 cfu/m3显著比对照组90 cfu/m3低,且观察组清洁区与无菌区空气细菌的菌落数显著比对照组少,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论空气净化的消毒器方式应用于消毒供应室的效果显著,可减少细菌数量,提高安全性。
Objective To investigate the effect of two kinds of air disinfection methods in disinfection supply room. Methods In accordance with the disinfection methods for different air in the disinfection supply room, 96 cases of airborne bacteria were paired cultured.The control group was treated with UV irradiation. The observation group used the air sterilizer way. The application effect of the two groups were observed. Results After working one hour, the average bacterial count of the observation group was 8 cfu/m3 which was significantly less than 90 cfu/m3 of the control group, and bacterial colonies of air in the clean and sterile areas of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group, and differences were statistically significant( P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of air sterilizer way of the air purification in the disinfection supply room had significant effect, can reduce the number of bacteria, and im-prove the safety of the disinfection.
