摘要
增设低压省煤器是解决机组排烟温度高、降低煤耗的有效措施。本文论述了两级串联式低压省煤器的布置方式、热力系统流程、运行中存在的问题,并利用等效焓降法进行了节能量的分析,为低压省煤器在同类机组的广泛应用提供参考。
The low-pressure economizer installed in thermal system of power stations gives a useful option for reducing the gas temperature. This paper discusses about the layout , thermal system process and problems in the application of Two-stage tandem low-pressure economizer. The equivalent entbalpy drop method was used to analyze the amount energy saving of the system. It provides reference for the using of low pressure economizer on similar unit
