莪术提取物对非黑色素性皮肤癌小鼠TIMP-2、TIMP-1、nm23及p53表达的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨莪术提取物对非黑色素性皮肤癌小鼠TIMP-2、TIMP-1、nm23及p53表达的影响。方法将45只雄性KM小鼠随机分为模型组、对照组及莪术组,每组15只。模型组和莪术组小鼠皮肤上涂含60%二甲基苯蒽的矿物油建立非黑色素性皮肤癌模型,对照组小鼠皮肤上涂不含二甲苯崽的矿物油,位置及剂量同模型组,1次/d,连续10 d,从造模后第2天开始,莪术组在造模处皮肤上涂抹莪术水提取物乳液,约0.8 g。模型组和对照组均以等体积的生理盐水涂抹,1次/d,连续4周。结果 (1)与模型组相比,莪术组TIMP-1、TIMP-2、nm23、p53阳性率及表达强度明显升高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);(2)病理切片可见模型组恶性程度高,毛细血管增生明显,细胞核固缩,细胞异型性明显,局部可见坏死,肿瘤细胞发生转移。莪术组可见肿瘤周边的浸润较局限,部分细胞异型性明显,与模型组相比,差异显著。结论莪术提取物对非黑色素性皮肤癌小鼠TIMP-2、TIMP-1、nm23与p53表达有改善作用,对临床有指导意义。
