药物治疗电风暴的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 电风暴（electrical storm,ES）是指24 h内发生≥3次明确需要抗心动过速起搏（ATP）或电除颤治疗的室性心动过速/室性纤维性颤动（VT/VF）。交感风暴、室速风暴、ICD（implantable cardioverter defibrillator）风暴均是其同义语。ES是一种严重的临床综合征,以自发、反复发生的VT/VF及发作性晕厥为特征,可在短时间内死亡,
