摘要
针对加油站油气回收装置故障时的油气泄漏问题,设计研发了一种在线式油气回收监测系统。该系统采用OPLC数据采集运算技术和数据总线通信技术,通过压力、流量数据分析油气回收系统的密闭性、油气回收管线的液阻和处理装置的运行情况,并将监测数据通过Web服务器传送给相关的管理部门,实现了实时监测、实时远程发布,可在线连续监测回收油气的气液比、管线的密闭性及液阻等。
Aiming at the problem of oil&gas leaking during oil&gas recovery installation failure at gasoline station, an on-line oil&gas recovery monitoring system is designed.OPLC data acquisition operation technology and data bus communication technology are adopted to analysis leakproofness of oil&gas recovery system, fluidic resistance of recovery pipeline and running situation of treatment installation with pressure and flow data.Monitoring data is transferred to management department through Web service with realization of real-time monitoring and remote distribution.On-line continuous monitoring of vapor liquid ratio for recycling oil&gas, pipeline leakproofness and fluidic resistance are achieved.
