评价水驱油田开发效果的系统工程方法

SYSTEM ENGINEERING METHOD FOR EVALUATING WATERFLOODED OILFIELD DEVELOPMENT EFFECTS

应用系统工程理论研究了油田水驱开发系统及其指标表征体系,提出了系统输出表现指标和系统输入控制指标的概念,确定了两类开发指标的作用及相互影响、相互依存关系。提出了油田开发系统效率的概念,确定了油田系统开发效率对系统输出表现指标的控制作用及在开发效果评价中的主导作用。在此基础上,建立了评价喇萨杏油田水驱区块地质条件的综合评价方法和水驱开发效果综合评价方法。解剖了典型区块,从油田开发系统效率出发,研究了油田开发存在的主要问题与潜力,提出了主要调整对策,给出了调整后的主要开发指标变化趋势。

By means of the theory of system engineering, the waterflooded development system and its index characterizing system for an oilfield are researched, the concepts of displaying indexes of the system output and controlling indexes of the system input are presented, the roles of the two kinds of indexes and their mutual influencing and depending relationships are determined. The concept of the systematic efficiency of the oilfield development is initiated, the controlling actions of the efficiency on the displaying indexes of the system output and moreover the dominating role of the efficiency in the evaluation of the oilfield effects are made clear. On the bases of the above, the comprehensive evaluating methods of the geological conditions of the waterflooded blocks and development effects are established for Lasaxing Oilfields. The typical blocks are analyzed in detail, from the viewpoint of the systematic efficiency of the oilfield development, the key problems and potentials existed in the development are figured out, the main adjusting countermeasures are proposed and moreover the changing trends of the principal developing indexes after the adjustment are presented.
