低频超声联合妇科千金片对慢性盆腔炎模型大鼠TNF-α、IL-6及IL-2水平的影响

Influence of Low-Frequency Ultrasound Combined with Fuke Qianjin Tablets on the Levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-2 in Model Rats with Chronic Pelvic Infection

目的:观察低频超声联合妇科千金片疗法对慢性盆腔炎模型大鼠TNF-α、IL-6及IL-2水平的影响。方法:将72只大鼠随机分为低频超声联合妇科千金片组、妇科千金片组、模型组和空白组,每组各18只。利用混合菌液造膜法进行慢性盆腔炎大鼠模型的制备,观察对比大鼠体内肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)和白介素-2(IL-2)水平的变化情况。结果:干预治疗5个疗程后,低频超声联合妇科千金片组和妇科千金片组大鼠体内的TNF-α、IL-6及IL-2的水平与模型组大鼠相比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中低频超声联合妇科千金片组治疗效果更为显著(P<0.01)。结论:低频超声联合妇科千金片治疗慢性盆腔炎模型大鼠的疗效确切,能够促进细胞免疫功能的恢复和生理功能的改善,有效降低了大鼠体内TNF-α水平,提高了IL-6及IL-2的水平。

Objective： To observe the influence of low-frequency ultrasound combined with Fuke Qianjin Tablets on the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-2 in model rats with chronic pelvic infection. Methods： 72 rats were randomized into low-frequency ultrasound combined with Fuke Qianjin Tablets group（ group A）,Fuke Qianjin Tablets（ group B）,model group and blank group,with18 rats in each group. Membrane-making method with mixed bacterial liquid was used to prepare model rats with chronic pelvic infection. The changes of the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-2 were observed and compared. Results： After the intervention of 5treatment courses,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-2 in group A and group B were significantly different from these in model group（ P 〈0. 05）; the curative effect of group A was much more remarkable（ P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Low-frequency ultrasound combined with Fuke Qianjin Tablets has definite therapeutic effects on the model rats with chronic pelvic infection,which can promote the recovery of the immunity of the cells as well as the improvement of the physical function,effectively reduce the level of TNF-α and increase the levels of IL-6 and IL-2.
