中西医结合治疗冠状动脉粥样性心脏病50例

Fifty Cases with Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease by the Therapy of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)的临床疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予益心汤。比较两组患者治疗后血清生化指标、心功能指标、超敏C蛋白(HSCRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)以及疗效。结果:观察组总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的含量显著低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)的含量他显著高于对照组,且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后室间隔厚度(IVS)、左室后壁厚度(LVPW)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)显著低于对照组,观察组左室射血分数(LVEF)显著高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者HS-CRP、白细胞IL-6、氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)含量显著低于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组有效率优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗冠心病不仅可以有效改善患者的血清生化指标、改善心功能指标、降低炎症反应,还可提高临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of the therapy of integrated Chinese and western medicine on coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. Methods： 100 cases were randomized into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group. Control group were given routine western medicine while observation group were added with Heart-Benefiting Decoction.The serum biochemical indices,cardiac function index,levels of HS-CRP,IL-6,NT-pro BNP and the efficacy were compared. Results： The contents of TC,TG and LDL-C in observation group were remarkably higher than these in control group. The content of HDL-C in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈0. 05）. The differences of IVS and LVPW between the two groups had no statistical significance（ P 〉0. 05）. The LVESD and LVEDD,and the contents of HS-CRP,IL-6 and NT-pro BNP in observation group were markedly higher than these in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈0. 05）. The effective rate of observation group was lower than that of control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： In treating coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,the therapy of integrated Chinese and western medicine can effectively improve the serum biochemical indices and the cardiac function,reduce the inflammatory response and enhance the clinical efficacy.
