The Exploration of Viral myocarditis Treated with Therapy with Syndrome Differentiation

病毒性心肌炎正虚为本,热毒,瘀血,痰饮为标,属于本虚标实,虚实夹杂之证。根据其病因病机分为热毒犯心证、阳虚水泛证、心阳虚衰证、气阴两虚证、痰浊阻滞证、心血痹阻证六型辨证论治,益气养阴、清热解毒、化痰活血法是其基本治疗法则。

The root cause of viral myocarditis is due to deficient healthy qi; The secondary causes of it include toxic heat,blood stasis and phlegmatic retention. Therefore,its symptoms belong to syndrome of deficient root and excessive surface,mixed deficiency disorder and excess disorder. According to its etiology and pathogenesis,there are 6 types： syndrome of toxic heat attacking heart; syndrome of hydroretention with asthenic yang; syndrome of heart yang deficiency; syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin; syndrome of turbid phlegm stagnation; syndrome of blood heart obstruction. Therapy with syndrome differentiation should be adopted. Its basic treatment principle is as follows： Supplementing qi and nourishing yin,expelling toxin by cooling,dissipating phlegm for activating blood circulation.
