三黄汤结合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸62例

Sixty-Two Cases with Neonatal Jaundice Treated with Sanhuang Decoction Combined with Blue Ray Radiation Therapy

目的:观察三黄汤联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法:选取新生儿黄疸患儿124例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组62例。对照组给予常规治疗和蓝光治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合三黄汤进行治疗,并给予相应的护理措施。结果:治疗72h后,两组平均血清胆红素比较,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组黄疸持续时间、胎便排空时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组每日排便次数明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良发应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三黄汤结合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸安全有效,而在治疗过程给予患儿精心护理可改善治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Sanhuang Decoction combined with blue ray radiation therapy on neonatal jaundice. Methods： 124 cases with neonatal jaundice were randomized into observation group and control group,with 62 cases in each group. Control group were given routine treatment and blue ray radiation therapy while observation group were added with Sanhuang Decoction and given corresponding nursing measures. Results： After 72 h of treatment,the average serum bilirubin in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The duration of jaundice and evacuation time of neonatal stools in observation group were obviously lower than these in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The times of evacuation in observation group were apparently more than these in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The occurrence rate of adverse reactions in observation group was marked lower than that in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Sanhuang Decoction combined with blue ray radiation therapy is effective and safe for neonatal jaundice. During the treatment,meticulous nursing for the neonates is helpful to improve the treatment efficacy and reduce the occurrence rate of adverse reactions.
