针药结合治疗类风湿性关节炎湿热痹阻证52例

Fifty-Two Cases with Rheumatoid Arthritis of Damp-Heat Blockage Syndrome Treated with Combination of Acupuncture and Medicine

目的:观察针药结合治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)湿热痹阻证的疗效。方法:将104例RA湿热痹阻证患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组52例。对照组给予甲氨蝶呤片治疗,疼痛明显时采取双氯芬酸钾胶囊内服治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上给予针刺治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为96.15%,对照组有效率为80.39%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后中医主要症状评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组不良反应发生率为13.46%,对照组不良反应发生率为25.00%,两组比较无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后DKK-1和IL-17水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:针药结合治疗类风湿性关节炎湿热痹阻证疗效显著,可明显改善患者临床症状,降低血清DKK-1和IL-17水平,不良反应较轻。

Objective： To observe the clinial efficacy of the combination of acupuncture and medicine on rheumatoid arthritis（ RA）of damp- heat blockage syndrome. Methods： 104 cases with RA of damp-heat blockage syndrome were divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table,with 52 cases in each group. Control group were given Methotrexate Tablets for the treatment and when obvious pain occurred,orally administration of Diclofenac Potassium were given. Treatment group were added with acupuncture treatment. Results： The effective rate was 96. 15% in treatment group and 80. 39% in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈0. 05）. The scores of the main TCM symptoms in treatment group were obviously lower than these in control group（ P〈 0. 01）. The occurrence rate of adverse reactions was 13. 46% in treatment group and25. 00% in contol group; there was no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. The levels of DKK-1 and IL-17 in treatment group were marked lower than these in control group（ P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion： T he combination of acupuncture and medicine has remarkable therapeutic effects on RA of damp- heat blockage syndrome,which can greatly improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the levels of serum DKK-1 and IL-17 with light adverse reactions.
