不同中医体质大学生膳食平衡指数的比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨大学生不同的膳食结构与中医体质的关系。方法:采用中医体质分类与判定标准进行中医体质的判定,采用食物频率法获得大学生的膳食资料,采用膳食平衡指数(DBI)对膳食资料进行评价,分析DBI和中医体质的关系。结果:大学生膳食的DBI得分中除谷类食物外其他食物的得分均较低,八种偏颇体质的DBI得分低于平和质,其中阳虚质、气虚质、痰湿质、湿热质、血瘀质、特禀质和气郁质Z值分别为:-4.821、-4.258、-2.516、-4.514、-3.855、-2.711、-3.912,P<0.05。兼杂偏颇体质中兼杂种类越多其DBI的得分越低,z=43.976,P=0.000。结论:饮食因素与偏颇体质的形成有关。 Objective: To discuss the relationships between different dietary structures and TCM constitutions of university students.Methods: TCM constitutions were determined by the TCM constitution classification and criterion,the dietary materials were gained by food frequency method,the dietary materials were evaluated by dietary balance indexes( DBI),and the relathionships between DBI and TCM constitutions were analyzed. Results: The DBI scores were generally low except for that of cereals. The DBI scores of eight partial constitutions were lower than the DBI score of mild constitution. Among them,the Z scores of constitutions of yang deficiency,qi deficiency,phlegm dampness,damp heat,blood stasis,special endowment and qi depression were respectively-4.821,-4. 258,-2. 516,-4. 514,-3. 855,-2. 711 and- 3. 912( P 〈0. 05). In the more miscellaneous categories in the partial constitutions,the lower the DBI scores( z = 43. 976,P = 0. 000). Conclusion: The dietary factor is related with the formation of the partial constitution.
