补肾活血法治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血临床研究

Clinical Therapeutic Effects of Tonifying the Kidney and Activating Blood Circulation in the Treatment of Chronic Aplastic Anemia

目的:观察补肾活血法治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血(chronic aplastic anemia,CAA)的临床疗效。方法:选取68例CAA患者,并按照随机数字表法将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。对照组患者给予常规的西药治疗,观察组患者采用补肾活血法治疗。结果:观察组有效率为91.17%,高于对照组的73.53%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的CD8和CD4/CD8与治疗前相比差异显著(P<0.05),组间比较,差异也均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-2水平较治疗前均有所降低,组间比较,其中TNF-α、IL-2水平的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血法治疗CAA疗效确切,能够通过改善患者T淋巴细胞的比例以及降低IFN-γ、TNF-α和IL-2的水平以缓解对造血功能的抑制,最终达到促进恢复造血功能的目的。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation on patients with chronic aplastic anemia（ CAA）. Methods 68 patients with CAA were selected as the research objects,and according to the random number table method they were divided into control group（ 34 cases） and observation group（ 34 cases）. Control group were received conventional western medicine treatment,while observation group was treated with the therapy of tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation. Results： 1After the treatment,the clinical total effective rate of the experimental group（ 91. 17%）was higher than that of the control group（ 73. 53%）; the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）; 2The CD4/CD8 and CD8 in two groups after treatment were significantly different（ P 〈0. 05）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）; 3 For the two groups of patients after treatment,the levels of IFN- γ,TNF- α and IL- 2 decreased. The difference between the two groups in the levels of TNF- α and IL- 2 was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The effect of tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation in treating CAA patients is exact. By improving the proportion of T lymphocytes of patients and reducing the levels of IFN- γand TNF- α and IL- 2,the inhibition of hematopoietic function can be alleviated and the recovery of hematopoietic function can be finally promoted.
