清热除湿汤治疗急性湿疹45例

Forty-five Cases with Acute Eczema Treated with Heat-Clearing and Dampness-Eliminating Decoction

目的:观察清热除湿汤治疗急性湿疹的临床疗效。方法:选取慢性湿疹患者90例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,每组45例。对照组给予西替利嗪片、维生素口服配合硼酸溶液冷敷治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用清热除湿汤治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为86.7%,对照组有效率为68.9%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后临床症状体征评分优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清热除湿汤治疗急性湿疹疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Heat- Clearing and Dampness- Eliminating Decoction on acute eczema.Methods： 90 cases with acute eczema were randomized into control group and treatment group,with 45 cases in each gorup. Control group were orally given Cetirizine Tablets,Vitamin combined with cold compress of Boric Acid Solution,while treatment group were additionally given Heat- Clearing and Dampness- Eliminating Decoction. Results： The effective rate was 86. 7% in treatment group and 68. 9% in control group; treatment group were better than control group（ P 〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the scores of the clinical symptoms and signs in treatment group were better than these in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The occurrence rate of adverse reactions of treatment group was lower than that in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Heat-Clearing and Dampness-Eliminating Decoction has remarkable therapeutic effects on acute eczema.
