滋肾活血方联合Vecor超声系统治疗维护期牙周炎31例 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察滋肾活血方联合Vecor超声系统治疗维护期牙周炎的临床疗效。方法:将62例维护期牙周炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组患者采用Vecor超声系统干预治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加服滋肾活血方治疗。结果:治疗后,观察组PLI、CAL、BI、PD和VAS评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:滋肾活血方联合Vecor超声系统治疗维护期牙周炎疗效显著。 Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Kidney-Nourishing and Blood-Activating Formula combined with Vecor Ultrasonic System on the periodontitis during maintenance period. Methods: 62 cases with periodontitis during maintenance period were selected as research objects and randomized into control group and observation group,with 31 cases in each group. Control group were given intervention of Vecor Ultrasonic System and observation group were added with Kidney-Nourishing and BloodActivating Formula. Results: The scores of PLI,CAL,BI,PD and VAS were all better than these in control group; the difference had statistical significance( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion: Kidney-Nourishing and Blood-Activating Formula combined with Vecor Ultrasonic System has remarkable therapeutic effects on the periodontitis during maintenance period.
